Today Thomas is the CEO of the well-known fashion brand Stine Goya, where he works to introduce the brand globally.

Nikolaj is the founder and CEO of Stagis. As an expert in process facilitation, he advises organizations on strategy, branding and business development. Originally graphic designer (mDD), Nikolaj also holds a Master degree in Management Development. He is a member of the international think tank The Medinge Group, and lectures at Copenhagen Business School, University of Technology Sydney and the Danish School of Media and Journalism.
